Optometric Services Offered at our Location:

Comprehensive Eye Exams

Regardless of your age or physical health, it’s important to have regular eye exams. During a comprehensive eye exam, your optometrist will check your vision, determine if a prescription for eyeglasses are needed, assess how your eyes work together, examine your ocular health, and evaluate your eyes as an indicator of your overall health.

Pediatric Eye Exams

According to experts, 80% of learning is visual. Optometrists examine and monitor your child’s vision, binocular vision, ocular health and ensure that their visual system is developing properly. Children should have an eye exam around 6 months or age, then again at age 3 and yearly until age 19.

Management of Ocular disease

Conditions such as Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Cataracts and Diabetic Retinopathy can significantly affect a person’s vision. Early diagnosis, treatment and close monitoring is very important for better outcomes. For patients who have been diagnosed with ocular health conditions it is often necessary for more frequent monitoring by having eye exams every 6 months or yearly.

Retinal Imaging

Many eye conditions, if detected at an early stage, can be treated successfully without total loss of vision. Retinal imaging can be used as an important tool to care and monitor your ocular health since many eye conditions are diagnosed by detecting changes over time.

Automated Visual Field Testing

Visual field testing measures the range of your peripheral or “side” vision to assess whether you have any blind spots (scotomas), peripheral vision loss or visual field abnormalities. This type of testing may be recommended by your optometrist when they see there are signs or symptoms of possible peripheral vision changes.
